❔ I love your class very much. May I know the list of your courses this summer and fall.

βœ” In the summer of 2024, we’ll be teaching:

  • ECON S-10ab, Principals of Economics. While this course is co-taught with former department chairs of some of the best econ departments in the world, I wouldn’t recommend it for most working students as it covers material at roughly four times the speed of a typical class.
  • MGMT E-2000, Principals of Finance - This is an excellent course that introduces the field of finance. Bruce created the course for the extension school, so it has a special place in his heart.
  • ECON S-1452, Money, Financial Institutions, and Markets. This course is a follow-up to e2000 and is β€œintensive,” meaning that we cover material about twice as quickly as in the fall.

The fall semester for 2024 isn’t on the website yet, but it should be very similar to fall of 2023:

  • ECON E-1000, Essentials of Economics - an overview of micro and macro.
  • MGMT E-2000, Principals of Finance - This is an excellent course that introduces the field of finance. Bruce created the course for the extension school, so it has a special place in his heart.
  • ECON E-1920, Capital Markets and Investments - a nice successor to e2000.

The course numbers are clickable. They will take you to the full descriptions, schedules, etc for each…

S-1452 and E-1920 cover similar material, so you may want to only take one or the other. However, some students do take both and seem to appreciate the extra chance to review the material (the material that overlaps also happens to be challenging).
